* TERMS AND CONDITIONS: PURCHASED CLASS TIME IS VALID ONLY FOR A PERIOD OF 365 DAYS. SCHEDULING OF CLASSES IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND MUTUAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STUDENT AND THE ASSIGNED TUTOR. CLASSES ARE GIVEN THROUGH VIDEO CONFERENCING APAPPLICATIONS SUCH AS SKYPE OR ZOOM. TUTORS SHOULD PROVIDE AT LEAST 12 HOURS NOTICE BEFORE CANCELLING A LESSON. STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO NOTIFY AT LEAST 12 HOURS IN ADVANCE IF THEY WISH TO CANCEL A SCHEDULED LESSON. IF INSUFFICIENT NOTICE IS GIVEN THE CLASS MAY BE CONSIDERED TO HAVE BEEN 'MISSED' BY THE STUDENT. 'MISSED' CLASSES ARE CHARGED TO THE STUDENT'S ACCOUNT. EXCEPTIONS MAY BE MADE AT OUR DISCRETION TO ALLOW FOR EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES. CLASSES ARE SOLD IN 25 MINUTE INCREMENTS. FOR A 50 MINUTE CLASS YOU CAN HAVE TWO 25 MINUTE SESSIONS BACK TO BACK.
